Our experience from similar contracts enables us to build a plan that meets your specific requirements. You'll also benefit from our asset reliability database consisting of thousands of assets and detailed reliability and maintenance planning information. Through its whole of life approach to asset maintenance, Spotless provides advice on asset functionality and performance improvements.

Management systems
Maintenance forecasting and scheduling occurs through our proprietary Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This system eradicates job duplication and waste. It is a whole-of-process system that tracks orders from initial request to invoicing and completion. Detailed reporting functionality provides clients with budgeting and performance management data.

Preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance
Preventive maintenance plans reduce the frequency of breakdown events, resulting in fewer disruptions, increased asset lifespan, financial savings and increased productivity.

Reactive maintenance
Spotless provides a defect and fault correction service to rectify unexpected failures and breakdowns. Our breadth of coverage and pool of in-house service technicians and subcontractor partners provide clients with certainty of delivery and economies of scale.

Condition based maintenance
The objective of this asset maintenance strategy is to detect potential failures early and minimise downtime of equipment. Corrective action is taken during preventive maintenance periods. Condition monitoring techniques include vibration or oil condition analysis, temperature measurement and variable process analysis.

As part of everyday service delivery, Spotless ensures compliance with all statutory and legislative requirements as well as the management of all licenses, permits, consents, approvals, determinations and permissions. Spotless complies with relevant regulatory requirements.
